Pay Raise Formula

New Salary = Current Salary × (1 + Raise% / 100)

Raise Amount = New Salary − Current Salary

Raise % = ((New Salary − Current Salary) / Current Salary) × 100

Monthly Increase = Raise Amount / 12

Biweekly Increase = Raise Amount / 26

Hourly Increase = Raise Amount / 2,080
